In started working out because I gained back some of the 80 lbs that I had lost. In all of my dieting, I never combined an exercise regimen with my weight loss goals. Let me tell you, it makes an INCREDIBLE difference!! I still can't believe that I have lost 45+ lbs and almost 20 inches since October! I still have a long way to go, but I know that with hard work it is an achievable goal. I seriously look forward to the alarm ringing at 4:15 am during the week so I can be at the gym at 5 when it opens. Also, I am going to look good in the strapless, sleeveless "dress of death" for my sister's wedding in September.

I work out because about 30 teachers at the high school where I teach, decided to have " The Biggest Looser" contest. And I want to be THE BIGGEST LOOSER!! Right now I am in 2nd place. I have been going 5 days a week for about 3 months, and I have lost 12 lbs.

I started working out because I started to feel very unattractive. Now I workout on a regular basis because I found that working out makes me feel good about myself! I feel more attractive and healthy, and that's someone that I definitely want to be!

the crap winters got me going to Cardinal at first, i ve been running for 17 yrs and im now use to running on the treadmills @ Cardinal. Eric and Jack at westchester are great. the place is clean and the music varies. thanks and keep up the great work.

I have a home gym that I like to work out with - however the reason I like Cardinal is because of the variety of machines you can work out with.
Your not limited to just one machine and it makes your workout alot more interesting by using them. Also working out with others around you keeps you motivated also,
