Cardinal Fitness Of Sycamore Announces Annual Health Fair
6/22/10 – Cardinal Fitness of Sycamore has announced that its free health fair will take place on 8/7/10 from 10am – 2pm at 720 Foxpointe Drive. As a community-focused fitness center, Cardinal Fitness hopes to spread information on health and wellness to everyone at this event. The event is open to all members of the community, and all are encouraged to attend and meet local vendors providing tips on healthy living.
The entire family is encouraged to join in on the fun! Participants can benefit from:
· Free samples and taste testings from Family Health Center
· Chair massages provided by McCoy Chiropractic
· Complimentary ice cream courtesy of Culvers
· Blood pressure screenings given by Kishwaukee Hospital
· Free foot analysis by Stomps
· Fun for the kids with events, games, and a police vehicle tour
The Cardinal Fitness mascot will be onsite, and free equipment instruction will be available throughout the day. Lunch will be provided by Jimmy John’s and Eggsclusive Cafe and several raffles will be held for various prizes.
